Not my problem
Posted By: Darin (Temp) on 3/24/2008
Where do people get off yelling at workers? Twice this week I''ve had customer service ladies in my office crying. Do these people realize the line they are crossing? 9 out of 10 times it is beyond our control.

This is a sad reality @ a lot of companies. At my company, my boss yells ALL THE TIME at people to the point of calling folks actions DUMB or STUPID. But what can you do?! They may be crossing a line but its not necessarily illegal. Their argument would be if you don't like it, then, leave. While it may not seem like an option you always have a choice. I would never say "not my problem" though. If you work at any company, everything is your problem because you are a part of that company.

As bogus as it may seem, you'll come to a point when enough is enough and you'll know when you absolutely have to move on. I'm almost there with my company!
